Give us your job description in 25 words or less. I write all the lyrics for Charismatik and I am the executive producer on the album, which basically means I have to approve every song before it is mastered.

Describe a typical workday. Praying, sending emails, making phone calls, reading people's Linkedin profiles, making Linkedin contacts, etc.

What led you to realize that you wanted to do this type of work? I got the idea to do Charismatik in November of 2007 and have been plugging away ever since!

Did you have any heroes or mentors in your industry that you admired? I respect and admire Skillet, Rebecca St. James, Dustin Smith, etc. I am also a big fan of the Bible teachers Perry Stone and Les Feldick.

What type of education or training was required to land your job? I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Media. I also study The Bible on a daily basis.

What do you love most about your job? Sharing the Word of God with others.

What one part of your job do you wish you could hire someone else to do? I hired a publicist to take care of the facebook page, the myspace page, etc.

What advice would you give to teenagers wanting to get into your field of work? 1) Pray. 2) Be excellent at whatever you do (Colossians 3:23). 3) Don't let others discourage you.

How does your job allow you to use your God-given gifts? I have been a writer for many years, so writing lyrics is just another extension of that.

Do you have any hobbies or off-hours pursuits that teenagers would find of interest? I used to go scuba diving back in the day. Praise God!
