Review: "Reversion - The Escape" - iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad

Reviewed by Paul for FamilyFriendlyGaming

SCORE: 79/100

Point and click adventure games are on the rise. Reversion - The Escape is the latest one we have seen here at Family Friendly Gaming. We start as a man in a hospital. This poor man has lost his memory, and twenty years of history. Mercenaries have control of the hospital since it is one of the few buildings left alive.

Reversion - The Escape is a story of discovery. We learn about this apocalyptic area. We learn about ourselves and other characters. Expect some adult concepts in Reversion - The Escape. I know Apple gave it a 4+ rating. Kids may ask you questions about certain topics after playing Reversion - The Escape.

This hand held video game is not easy either. Expect to be using the free hints quite often. Even when you know what to do in Reversion - The Escape it can be difficult. Tapping the right interaction tool with the right thing on the screen can take a few attempts.

I was not expecting voice actors in Reversion - The Escape, but they are there. In some ways Reversion - The Escape reminds me of older PC games. The iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch platforms have brought back this genre. The music in Reversion - The Escape fits the mood of the environment.

Reversion - The Escape is a nice diversion from the running games, flinging games, and tapping games that have dominated this platform for so long. Reversion - The Escape can draw the player in. I hope for additional chapters to Reversion - The Escape in the coming months.
