Drew Barrymore, John Krasinski, Ahmaogak Sweeney, John Pingayak. Directed by Jack Amiel.
FILM SYNOPSIS: It’s 1988 and the cold war is in full bloom; the Russians are the bad guys – aren’t they? Greenpeace tree huggers are upset over the environment and big business tycoons are pushing for pipelines to access our country’s oil. Then on the evening news one night, a small story from Barrows, Alaska, turns the country into (gasp) a united frenzy. Three whales are trapped under a thickening layer of ice, blocking their way to the sea and the path to southern California. “Big Miracle” is inspired by a true story and stars Drew Barrymore as Rachel, the Greenpeace volunteer who spearheads the rescue. She is aided by her former boyfriend Adam (John Krasinski), the television reporter who first spots the troubled whales.

Review: "Ivy the Kiwi" - Nintendo DS
Reviewed by Paul for FamilyFriendlyGaming
SCORE: 92/100
I was so impressed with Ivy the Kiwi? on the Wii that I put the Nintendo DS version on my purchase wish list. The game finally came down into my price range, and I scooped it up. This hand held title has the player take on the role of a little bird trying to find his mother. The main game play mechanic is to draw vines that the little birdie can walk along. This is also a way to bring the birdie over walls, and to avoid spikes. Spikes will be the least of the player’s concerns in some levels. There are nasty creatures that will try and hurt your noble creature.

This is a game with a character that is running from left to the right. He shoots enemies as they come up to him. One Epic Game includes a mountain of jumping, and shooting.

I was actually sittin' in Denny's on the laptop, wi-fied in, thinking of something to write about. Suddenly, the Spirit drop into my mind, Tim Tebow.
So here I am, tebowing, like the rest of humanity. He's the most popular man on the planet, or at least it seems. The epitome of infamy, the neo-muhammad ali, if you will. Except He claims Christ, of course.
So, exactly who is Tim Tebow? Well....Hmph...Lets see...

Children of Mana is a wonderful example of what is wrong with the role playing genre in this age. Some of these problems have existed for a long time, but numerous companies have progressed past them. Here is another role playing game that promotes goddess worship. No wonder so many weak Christians have turned to new age beliefs. They have been brain washed over and over again by the game developers proselytizing their beliefs. All the while they say to themselves its only entertainment. Yet they conform to what the game tells them.

One of early games I remember playing as a child was Breakout. Fast forward to 2012, and Atari has blessed us with the release of Breakout Boost+. This is quite simply the best Breakout game I have ever played Hands down. Using a little paddle to bounce a ball towards blocks of varying colors has never been more fun.

The universe had a beginning. Starting with the studies of Albert Einstein in the early 1900s and continuing today, science has confirmed the biblical view that the universe had a beginning. When the Bible was written most people believed the universe was eternal. Science has proven them wrong, but the Bible correct.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
Hebrews 1:10-12 In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will roll them up like a robe; like a garment they will be changed. But you remain the same, and your years will never end.

Hailing from New Zealand, the Parachute Band returns with an all new praise and worship CD. The double-disc album draws its title from the early church traditions of Matins; morning songs of praise, and Vespers; evening reflective worship.
The first single from the album, a song called “Keep The Fire Burning” was released early December 2011.
