Coming off the successful release of his new worship project, BEC Recordings’ artist Jeremy Camp announces his fall headline tour: “The Worship Tour” featuring Integrity worship artists’ Carlos Whittaker and John Mark McMillan. Remedy Drive is once again hitting the road, this time for their first-ever headlining tour spanning the Midwest this fall. For the “Guide You Home” tour Remedy Drive will be partnering with World Vision and 30 Hour Famine to bring to the table a concert experience that is both uplifting and impacting for their country-wide fan base. “We’re really excited about partnering with World Vision to spend a couple months on the road with a couple of great bands,” Remedy Drive front man David Zach says about the tour. “I think our fans will really be excited about the opportunity to be part of something bigger than rock and roll. Anger, depression, addiction, and discontentment: just a few of the ills that plaque many a man. The solutions: join a group, read a book, basically, YOU can win this battle!
But what about the war? In solely attacking the behaviors or the external problems in our lives the origin of our issues is overlooked. Essentially, we try to alter effects, instead of exploring and tackling the cause. Some don't realize the root of their problems is internal, in fact spiritual. Others recognize, but underestimate how serious their problems are. And even still, as believers, we trust in ourselves to overcome by our own strength.

The fourth book in the Manga Messiah series, Manga Melech, has been released in English. The 288-page graphic novel, written and illustrated by renowned manga-ka Ryo Azumi, was published in Japanese earlier this year. Manga Melech is "a Biblically accurate Manga retelling of Bible stories beginning with entry into the Promised Land through the rule of King David," according to Tyndale House Publishers, and it "combines cutting-edge authentic Japanese Manga style with fast-paced storytelling to deliver Biblical truths in a compelling package to an ever changing, post-modern culture." Manga Messengers, the fifth and final book in the series, is currently in production in Japan. Overall there are more than 2 million copies of the series in print, and the first book, Manga Messiah, is now available in 21 languages.

Enjoying the time off from touring to spend time with their families, the band members are also gearing up to be the nightly closing band on the 22-city “Hungry for Love” tour sponsored by Food for the Hungry and featuring Leeland, The Afters and Speaker Palmer Chinchen. The tour begins Oct. 8 in Jackson, TN and travels through 13 states before wrapping up Nov. 21 in Rogers, AR.
