Jet stream anticipated. At a time when it was thought that winds blew straight, the Bible declares "The wind goes toward the south, and turns around to the north; The wind whirls about continually, and comes again on its circuit." King Solomon wrote this 3,000 years ago. Now consider this: it was not until World War II that airmen discovered the jet stream circuit.

Ecclesiates 1:6 The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits.

The Bible is a History book, not a Science book, but it is remarkable that where the Bible touches on Science, not only is it correct, but the writer could not have possibly known what he was talking about! How did the writer know these scientific facts? It must have been revealed to him by the Creator of the universe.

The Bible is unlike ANY book ever written. It is, in fact, the Word of God.
